Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with NoctoGlow. Because each nightlight is custom-made to order using your personal photos and designs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your nightlight arrives damaged, broken, or with a print defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. To request a replacement, email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement free of charge once the issue is confirmed.

What Qualifies as a Defect

• Cracks or breaks that occurred during shipping
• Significant print defects that distort the image
• Electrical issues with the light base

What Does Not Qualify

• Minor variations in print texture (inherent to the 3D printing process)
• Color or brightness differences from what appears on screen
• Orders placed with low-resolution images that result in reduced detail (we will notify you before printing if image quality is insufficient)

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, production may have already begun and cancellation is no longer possible.

All orders $50 and up ship free within the United States.
